Join us as we sow the seeds of sustainability and social good—one community at a time.

Our Focus Areas

We work across diverse focus areas that are vital to building a just and sustainable society. From environmental conservation and education to women’s welfare, cultural preservation, and grassroots development, each initiative is designed to empower communities, address systemic challenges, and drive long-term impact.

Promoting environmental conservation through tree plantations, social forestry, and eco-restoration projects. Raising awareness about hygiene, clean drinking water, and disease prevention at the community level. Encouraging sustainable practices through waste management and alternative energy solutions.

Establishing free coaching centers, vocational training programs, and mentorship initiatives for marginalized youth. Partnering with schools and colleges to engage students in social work, research projects, and grassroots volunteering. Conducting career counseling and capacity-building workshops, especially for tribal and rural students. Encouraging students to take up social entrepreneurship and sustainable business models that contribute to national progress.

Advocating for gender equality, women's rights, and inclusive development policies. Organizing community-led health awareness programs and ensuring access to primary healthcare services. Hosting free medical, dental, and blood donation camps to improve healthcare outreach.

Providing underprivileged children with platforms to explore and refine their artistic and cultural talents. Organizing cultural festivals, exhibitions, and heritage preservation programs. Conducting research on indigenous knowledge and traditions to ensure cultural continuity.

Implementing projects that support vulnerable and marginalized communities through skill-building and self-reliance programs. Collaborating with NGOs, government bodies, and academia to address grassroots issues and create long-term solutions. Initiating hunger relief programs, poverty alleviation efforts, and rural sanitation projects.

Conducting studies on social development, child welfare, environmental conservation, and sustainable development. Publishing research, case studies, and educational materials to foster knowledge-sharing and informed action. Recognizing and supporting individuals and organizations making significant contributions to grassroots social change.

A Builder of Bridges, a Believer in Potential

Abhishek Jain doesn’t just build partnerships he builds possibilities. With over 9 years of experience scaling B2B ventures and nurturing hiring ecosystems at global firms like AON, Great Learning, and Newton School, his journey has never been about numbers, it’s been about people. About futures rewritten. About potential fulfilled.

In a world where thousands chase success, Abhishek helps others find it. He has guided more than 5,000 young individuals to their first job, often the first in their families, unlocking doors that once seemed sealed shut. With every offer letter, he’s delivered more than employment; he’s delivered dignity, hope, and a fresh start.

From corporate boardrooms to scrappy startup war rooms, he’s helped design scalable talent pipelines and build resilient foundations. But his true strength lies in translating high-level strategy into solutions that change lives on the ground. He listens where others assume. He invests where others overlook. He believes deeply, stubbornly in the power of opportunity.

Now at Srijan, Abhishek brings this passion to a larger canvas. His mission: to build a living, breathing network of supporters and changemakers who share a dream of inclusive, long-term change. Not quick fixes. Not cosmetic success. But change that roots itself in real lives and grows upward.

Off the clock, he’s fueled by the same drive on the football field, pounding the pavement on a run, or cheering for FC Barcelona like it’s a final. For Abhishek, it’s always been about the long game. And he plays it with heart.

A Heart That Heals, A Mind That Leads

Some souls are born to serve not out of duty, but from a deep, unshakable calling. Akanksha is one of them. A fierce advocate for the voiceless, a protector of the vulnerable, and a beacon of hope where the world sees none, she lives a life steeped in purpose.

To many, she’s a successful finance professional with over 11 years of experience at industry giants of the financial industry globally. But behind the boardroom brilliance is a woman with a heart wide open to the world’s pain and the resolve to heal it.

Her journey in compassion began not in adulthood, but at the tender age of 8, when she started teaching underprivileged children with nothing but a notebook, a heart full of empathy, and a dream to change lives. What began in a corner of a room has become a lifelong mission etched in service, kindness, and tireless action.

Animals hold a sacred space in her life. She doesn’t just care for them, she lives for them. Known as a proud Dog and Cat Mum, Akanksha extends her love to countless strays, feeding, treating, and sheltering them with a mother’s devotion. Her home is their haven; her streets, their sanctuary.

Her impact echoes far beyond her home. As the Lead for the Lucknow Chapter and Lead Volunteer for the Delhi Chapter of one of India’s largest NGOs, Akanksha has mobilized people, resources, and hearts. Whether it’s cleaning rivers choked with waste, feeding birds at sunrise, distributing blankets to those forgotten by winter, or hand-making collars and sweaters for dogs on freezing nights—she is always at the front line, where change begins.

Akanksha is not just a professional or a volunteer. She is a movement. A reminder that one heart, when lit with purpose, can set the world on fire with love, action, and hope.

Architect of Potential, Custodian of Change

Shweta Misra is not just a Co-founder she is the soul of a movement. With a career rooted in the corridors of power at Deloitte, EY, and KPMG, she mastered the mechanics of business early on. But it was in people their stories, struggles, and untapped strength that she found her true calling.

Transitioning into Talent Management, Shweta made a bold shift from balance sheets to human potential. Her belief is simple yet profound: when you invest in people, you invest in the future. At Srijan Sanrakshan Sewa Foundation, she has turned this belief into a blueprint for transformation nurturing a generation that values empathy, purpose, and impact over mere profit.

Shweta’s mission is not to manage talent but to awaken it to inspire youth through mentorship, education, and the kind of skill-building that fuels not just careers, but character. She empowers them not just to succeed, but to serve. Because for her, leadership is not about rising above others it’s about lifting others with you.

An explorer at heart, Shweta dreams of walking every corner of India, one village, one story, one soul at a time. Her journey through India’s rich cultures mirrors her professional purpose: to preserve what matters, and to build what’s needed a society rooted in heritage, yet reaching boldly toward the future.

At Srijan, Shweta is building more than programs she’s building people. People who will go on to shape a kinder, stronger, more just India. And in doing so, she’s quietly redefining what it means to lead.
